Today was suppose to be such a good day........

So that was how today was suppose to happen... It was to be a great day. I was spending part of it with my Daddy and it was my first day of Vacation, yea I'm not going any place for vacation I just really needed the break. I'm going to clean house go to the gym and just whatever else I wanted to do.. Bobby of course has to work since he really doesn't get any vacation time right now.. So I spend the morning with my Daddy he always says that I never come and see him. So we go to breakfast with him and 2 of my uncles.. Then we just do some running around and he buys me this really cool fishing pole that I was looking at. I get home from that and it just goes down hill from there......

I am finishing up this post on Thursday 6/4...

I got a call from my mother in law to tell me that my father in-law is being taken to the hospital.. So I call my husband for him to leave work. We head up to the hospital and he is still in the ER. Finally a Dr. Comes in and tells everyone that the cancer has spread to the Brain he really didn't have any type of bed side manners at all. Well he does has a small spot in his brain that is cancer. Today (Thursday) I went to the hospital with my mother in-law and he is looking so much better. So they are going to start doing radiation today (Gamma Knife) on the spot in his brain. The doctor is really hopeful that this will slow this down. On Monday he will be having the radiation done on his spine.. I have no idea how long he will be in the hospital. He keeps saying that he will go home today or tomorrow but we really don't think so. Please keep him in your prayers and I will be trying to keep this as updated as I can..

I have been really slacking on my blog lately I have so many posts that I have started but haven't finished.....Bad Andi, Bad Andi

It has been a while again since my last post. Alot has been going on family wise. My father inlaw has been in the hospital. He is now out and doing much better. He has to go to Cleveland in a couple of weeks to have surgery. Hopefully this will make him feel alot better. We had a good Easter spent time with family. Hubby has only 7 weeks to go for his classes this year and then 8 months next year. He then will be done with his apprenticeship to be a plumber. Can't wait for school to be done. Really other than that nothing much has happened or changed. Well no I lied about that I have gotten back in to working out at CURVES and after my first 2 weeks I have lost 2 pounds... So I am going to keep up on that.

16 years ago today Mickey passed away. The poem was written by a friend of his. I can't believe that it has been so long. It seems just like yesterday that I got the news. The hurt is still very much there. So I just want to say Mickey I love you and Miss you very much!! *HUGS* N *KISSES*

The first big Snow of 2009...

When I left for work today it was cold, actually really cold. There was no snow.. Well at 11:00 am I went out to our parking garage and this is what I see...


So I finish out my day and leave at 4:30 the roads were horrible. It took me almost 2hrs to get home. It usually takes me about 30 minutes to get home. I don't think that I went over 15mph. Well here are a few more pictures of my drive home.

I have an Egg!!

Yes you read that right I have an egg. I had my ultrasound done today and the Dr. found that I have one follicle that looks like it has a really good egg there is another one but the Dr doesn't have much hope for that one.(It is kinda small) I do my shot of HCG tomorrow night and on Thursday we do the IUI again. Hopefully it works this time. At least we know that I am producing the eggs to help it along. I guess we now have to just wait and see. So keep your fingers crossed I know mine are..

Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year!! I hope that everyone had a safe and fun New Year's Eve. Bobby and I hung out at home. I have been sick for the last week so we decided to hang here. I was impressed that I was able to stay up since I haven't been sleeping well, but I did!

Anyways I was thinking of this past year and I must say it was pretty good. We both have been in good health. With the way the world is going right now we both still have jobs. We have to be thankful for that since more and more people have lost theirs. We decided to expand our family to include a little one. But as most know it did not work last month, and to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I knew going in that for the IUI to take that it was possible for it not to but it didn't make me any less sad when it didn't.

We have decided to do it again this month. The Dr. put me on 5 days of taking Clomid. Then I go in to get an ultrasound, and then I have to do a shot of HCG then they will decide when we are going to do the IUI again. Hopefully this time it will take.

Merry Christmas!

I know that this a few days late but I would like to wish everyone who reads my blog a Very Merry Christmas. I hope everyone has had a great day! I know that me and Bobby have had a wonderful time. I Love spending time with the family. On Christmas Day we went to my Inlaws, Karsyn (who is 4)had the best time it was great to watch her open all of her presents. I have a few pictures to share with you all. I am going tomrrow to spend the day with my Mom and Dad we usually do Christmas Eve with them but they were sick on Chirstmas Eve so we had to wait for them to feel better. When I get pictures from them I will post them. But until then here are some pictures from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.........

Today I was in the mood to bake...

I really got in to the baking mood today. I made 5 dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies with Walnuts and made 2 double batches of No Bake Cookies. I watch Christmas shows while I did it. I think it was the Christmas shows that really got me in to the mood to do all of this tonight. I think that tomorrow I will do cut outs.. Maybe.. Or I just might sleep all day.. HHHMMM.. What to do..

I still don't have any new news on the whole baby front. We are still waiting to see if the IUI took and if I am with child. We should know something by the end of the week but the whole waiting thing is getting to me,.. I am not one that is good at the whole waiting thing. I just want to know NOW! Of course that is not how this whole thing works. So I just have to wait. I am not trying to get my hopes up.. Since there is a chance that it didn't work and I don't want to by crushed by the whole thing. I just know that if is doesn't work out this time we will do it again next month and the month after that until it does work.

I did some shopping today, Bobby and I got 2 soldiers names off a Christmas tree at our post office and boxes to fill up for them. We got Stephanie and Mark. The post office has 2 boxes that you can do one is 10.00 and the other 11.00 and that is all you pay no matter how much they weigh. Bobby went and got them both a Christmas ornament with their name on it. We are going to put them on our tree take a picture to send with their ornaments. Plus I went and got them both picture frames, some hard candy and puzzle books. We are going to put more things in the boxes. I just want everyone to remember all the troops during this season. There is some that get no packages from home.

Well I really don't have much more tonight I think I can hear my bed calling me... Yep that is what I am hearing! LOL

Thanksgiving Weekend.

I must say this has been a pretty good weekend. On Thanksgiving Hubby made a Turkey to take to his parents house. We spent time with his Family. We left there and went to visit with my parents. On Friday Hubby made another Turkey and we had Thanksgiving Dinner with One of my Best Friends Sarah. Then Sarah and I played Wii Bowling for a couple of hours. We had a lots of fun doing that.
On Sat Hubby got the pine tree on the side of the house decorated, and the lil white fence that is nexted to it. I started on the inside of the house. I have to finish that today, I have everything out I just have to figure where I want to put everything. Also I am going to make time to play my Wii Fit! Oh yea I forgot to mention that my WONDERFUL Hubby went out and braved Black Friday to get me one! I must say that I love it. I have played it for the last two days and have just really enjoyed it. There is so much that you can do to get a good workout. I like the Wii Sports that came with the Wii. I even tried Golf yesterday I wasn't all that bad or good at it but it was lots of fun just to try something new. WEll I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving spending time with family and friends!

I wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all. This year I am thankful for lots of things. Like my wonderful Husband, My family and Friends. I am Thankful that we are all healthy and doing good. I can't believe that this past Tuesday was our 13yr anniversary since our first date. It really dosen't seem that long. It was also our five year anniversary for moving into our house. I really can't believe that we have been in it that long. I am really excited and Thankful that since we have decided to expand our family to include a "Little One" that so far everything has gone great. We have finally picked out our donor, and I should go in for my first IUI sometime in the first two weeks of December. That is if my count is right. So keep your fingers crossed that it works the first time. If it doesn't we will just do it again in Jan.

3 Years ago today!!

I was in Las Vegas getting married to the most wonderful guy, and my BEST Friend! It has been a great 3 years and I hope for many more of them.
He bought a beautiful pair of earrings.

I feel that I can now talk about this!!

I have been waiting a while to share my news, but now it seems that everything is going so quick!!

I am so excited! Hubby and I have decided to expand our family. Yep that is it we are going to try to have a baby!! We decided to do this about a month ago. I went last week to see my Dr. about what all we need to do. So he put me on prenatal vitamins and we talked about losing weight. Today I called Ohio Reproductive Medicine to make my appointment with them, since we are going to have to use a sperm donor to have our little bundle of joy!! (for those that don't know why that will be another post.)I am so freaking excited I have been baby crazy for a while, but what makes me really excited is to see how excited Hubby is!! I think he is actually more baby crazy than I am, (if that is possible)!!

I will update more as I get more info about what I find out after my next Dr appointment next week.

We went to West Virginia this past weekend when I get the pictures down loaded I will post them with a blog!!

Broadway Plays, Comedians it has been a fun week!

Last Sunday I got to go and see the Lion King on stage. I must say it was wonderful, the costumes were amazing. Here is a video that I found on You Tube.



While at the play we found out that Grease, Mama Mia, Annie and The Color Purple will all be heading here to Columbus. So we are planning to go see those one's also.

Well then on Thursday I got to go see one of my Favorite Comics Jeff Dunham and all of his puppets. He has a new DVD getting ready to come out this year in November sometime. Here is a You Tube video of him and Achmed singing Jingle Bombs.





Now we are now on to Saturday. We went to the Funny Bone Comedy Club to see Ralphie May. We had a great time. It was fun to be out with friends having a good time.





So it has been a busy week, Lots of Fun. Next weekend we are going to Elkins West Virgina for the Forest Festival and to see his Uncle. It should be a fun weekend I can't wait to get away

WOW IKE!!

I would never have thought that we would have a Hurricane in the state of Ohio!! We didn't get all the rain but the wind OMG!! I lost power for 2 days. I also lost some siding off the front of the house but I am lucky that Hubby knows some one that is able to fix it for us.. I know I am lucky compared to some here. I mean as of Friday a girl that I work with still didn't have any power. That would really suck!! Other than recovering from the huge wind storm nothing much has been going on here. Just work and work and oh yea work! LOL. We just got the wind and not all the rain, but this really gives me a new look on what it would be like for the people that live in Texas and New Orleans. I couldn't imagine losing everything that I own.

Tomorrow my BFF and I are going to see the Lion King. I can't wait I have only heard good things about it.

Wow! has it been almost a month since I last posted?

I really have been neglecting my blog lately and I am sorry for it!! There has just been so much going on. So where do I start? Well I guess I will start with the trip to Michigan for the NASCAR races. We had such a great time I went with Sarah, Tara and Penni. It was really great to finally meet Tara and Penni face to face. It was fun hanging out at the track all weekend and I got some great pictures and even some great autographs. Carl Edwards won both races so it was fun to see him to his back-flip off of his car. I was sorry that none of our drivers won but there is always other races. Everything was going great until we got home and what my Best Friend Sarah found. She stayed with me for a few days. She is now staying at her house and putting her life back together. I know she will be fine. Actually she will be so much better.

Labor Day Weekend Hubby and I along with a couple of friends went Canoeing. It was our first time ever doing that. We had soo much fun we are planning on doing it again. We did not tip over and there was only one time that Hubby had to get out of the Canoe to push us through some rocks. We bickered a little bit but I was told that it is not a good canoe trip if you don't bicker some! They are having a Moonlight Canoe trip on Sept 13. We are thinking about going it really sounds like some fun.

I really can't believe that summer is about all gone! It seems like the last 2 months have just flew by. It just seems like there is so much going on lately those of you who are the closest to me know what I am planning, and when I have more concrete things going I will share with everyone. Just know that I am so freakin excited I hope it all works out as planned!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICKEY!!

I just wanted to take time today to tell my Bubby Happy Birthday. 33 yrs ago today my mom gave birth to my little brother William Michael aka Mickey. He is no longer with us. But there is never a day goes that I don't think of him. I had him with me for 17 yrs. And even tho we fought quite often we always had each others back. So Today I just want to say Happy Birthday Bubby and I will love you always!!

All Better Now....

Well today I went to see my Dr.,and he told me that I can go back to work on Monday Aug 4th. I am sooo excited that I will be back out of my house again. Being cooped up for 3 weeks really sucks especially when everyone you know works. Everyday I feel better and little less sore. Getting your Gallbladder taken out really wasn't as bad I thought it was going to be. Yeah I have been sore and uncomfortable. But the worse pain that I had was 2 days after the surgery, and since then it has only gotten better. I will miss being here cuddling with my doggies. It is really going to suck trying to get them back on their schedule after me being here for so long. My lil Jack-E-Poo just wants to go outside and lay in the sun, and Dakota well she just wants to be on your lap LUVIN on ya. She will not be ignored!!

So anyways the next couple of weeks are going to be busy and lots of fun! Nita will be coming to town with her wonderful husband and their beautiful baby boy Ricky! Can't wait to see them all.

The next exciting thing coming up is my trip to Michigan for Girls Weekend/BirthdayBash. Sarah and
I have gone for the last 3 yrs. Well this year we have guest coming with us! Tara and Penni will be joining us! I am sure we are going to have a great weekend. I really can't wait to get to the race track.

YAY!! Feeling Much Better!!

I haven't posted in a while. Most know that on July 11 I had my gallbladder taken out. So for the last week I have been recovering from that. Last week I had a few rough days. But as the week has gone on I am feeling much better. I am still sore at the incision that is at my belly button. I fell last thursday getting off the couch. The incision at the belly button broke open a little bit, but it is all better now just really sore. All of the other incision's are healing up nicely. I went to Sarah's house on Sat. She came and picked me up so instead of looking at my four walls I got to look at her's! HA HA! No really we watched tv and played a game. Well that is really all that I have for now. I still have another week and a half at home.
